Description
A delicious meal featuring smoked ribeye, Cajun shrimp pasta, and garlic toast.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ribeye steak
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz pasta
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 4 slices bread
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat smoker to 225°F. Season ribeye with salt and pepper, then smoke for 2 hours.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan. Add shrimp and Cajun seasoning, cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Mix shrimp with pasta.
- Melt butter in a small pan, add minced garlic. Brush garlic butter on bread slices.
- Toast bread in a skillet or oven until golden.
- Slice smoked ribeye and serve with Cajun shrimp pasta and garlic toast.

- Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste.
