Description
A flavorful and spicy chicken bowl with a creamy sauce.
Ingredients
- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Season chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Cook chicken in a pan over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a bowl.
- Toss cooked chicken in the sauce.
- Serve chicken over rice.
- Top with lettuce, green onions, and cilantro.
Notes
- Adjust sriracha for more or less heat.
- Use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise for a lighter option.
