Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro


Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Season chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Cook chicken in a pan over medium heat until fully cooked.
  4. Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a bowl.
