Ingredients

  • 2 packs of ramen noodles
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 spicy jalapeno cheddar sausage, sliced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 soft-boiled egg
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 jalapeno, sliced (optional for extra heat)


Instructions

  1. Heat the chicken broth in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil to the broth.
  3. Slice the jalapeno cheddar sausage and add it to the broth.
  4. Cook the ramen noodles separately according to package instructions, then drain.
