Ingredients
- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 spicy jalapeno cheddar sausage, sliced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 soft-boiled egg
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 jalapeno, sliced (optional for extra heat)
Instructions
- Heat the chicken broth in a pot over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil to the broth.
- Slice the jalapeno cheddar sausage and add it to the broth.
- Cook the ramen noodles separately according to package instructions, then drain.
- Divide the cooked noodles into two bowls.
- Pour the hot broth and sausage over the noodles.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onion, and sliced jalapeno if using.
- Add the soft-boiled egg on top.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
