Description

A festive pull-apart bread filled with creamy spinach and artichoke dip, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 loaf sourdough bread
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1 cup chopped artichoke hearts
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the sourdough bread into 1-inch squares without cutting through the bottom crust.
  3. In a bowl, mix spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff the mixture between the bread squares.
  5. Wrap the bread in foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Uncover and bake for another 10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  7. Serve warm.
