Description
A creamy and flavorful spinach artichoke dip that’s perfect for parties. Serve it warm with chips or bread.
Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1 cup chopped artichoke hearts
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Add spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve warm with chips or bread.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen spinach. If using frozen, thaw and drain excess water.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
