Ingredients

  • 10 oz fresh spinach, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Add mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  4. Fold in chopped spinach until evenly distributed.
  5. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
