Description

Delicious spinach garlic meatballs stuffed with mozzarella for a flavorful bite.


Ingredients

  • 500g ground beef
  • 100g spinach, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 50g breadcrumbs
  • 100g mozzarella, cubed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Mix ground beef, spinach, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Take a small portion, flatten it, place a mozzarella cube in the center, and shape into a ball.
  4. Repeat until all meat mixture is used.
  5. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and brown meatballs on all sides.
  6. Transfer to a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Use fresh spinach for better flavor.
  • Chill meatballs for 30 minutes before cooking for better shape.
  • Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
