Description
Delicious spinach garlic meatballs stuffed with mozzarella for a flavorful bite.
Ingredients
- 500g ground beef
- 100g spinach, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 50g breadcrumbs
- 100g mozzarella, cubed
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Mix ground beef, spinach, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Take a small portion, flatten it, place a mozzarella cube in the center, and shape into a ball.
- Repeat until all meat mixture is used.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and brown meatballs on all sides.
- Transfer to a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use fresh spinach for better flavor.
- Chill meatballs for 30 minutes before cooking for better shape.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
