Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (your choice of cut)
  • 8 oz noodles
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season steak with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook steak to your preferred doneness (3-5 minutes per side for medium-rare). Remove and let rest.
  4. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  5. Add cooked noodles to the pan and toss with the garlic butter.
