Description

A quick and flavorful stir fry combining sweet and spicy flavors with tender pork and crisp vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, and sriracha. Add pork and marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds.
  3. Add pork and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add bell pepper and carrot, stir fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra spice, add more sriracha.
  • Substitute pork with chicken or tofu if preferred.
