Description
A quick and flavorful stir fry combining sweet and spicy flavors with tender pork and crisp vegetables.
Ingredients
- 1 lb pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, and sriracha. Add pork and marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds.
- Add pork and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add bell pepper and carrot, stir fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra spice, add more sriracha.
- Substitute pork with chicken or tofu if preferred.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
