Ingredients

  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • 1/2 cup seasoned ground beef
  • 1/4 cup refried beans
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup red enchilada sauce
  • 1 tbsp diced onions (optional)
  • 1 tbsp sliced black olives (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Warm the tortilla in a skillet or microwave for 10 seconds.
  3. Spread refried beans evenly over the tortilla.
  4. Add seasoned ground beef and half the shredded cheese.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly and place seam-side down in a baking dish.
  6. Pour red enchilada sauce over the top.
  7. Sprinkle remaining cheese, onions, and olives on top.
  8. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
  9. Serve hot.
