Ingredients
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add cooked spaghetti to the pan. Toss to combine.
- Top with shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, and cilantro.
- Serve with a dollop of sour cream.
