A fun twist on two classic dishes, combining the flavors of tacos with the comfort of spaghetti.
Ingredients
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and water to the beef. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Mix the cooked spaghetti with the seasoned beef.
- Top with shredded cheese, tomatoes, onions, olives, sour cream, and cilantro.
- Serve warm.

- Use gluten-free spaghetti if needed.
- Substitute ground turkey for a lighter option.
