Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro


Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning and water to the beef. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Mix the cooked spaghetti with the seasoned beef.
  5. Top with shredded cheese, tomatoes, onions, olives, sour cream, and cilantro.
