Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Heat oil in a skillet and cook chicken until browned.
- Add vegetables and cook for 3 minutes.
- Stir in rice and teriyaki sauce.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.

- Use leftover rice for best texture.
