Ingredients
- 1 large ripe avocado
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
- Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth.
- Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir in chopped cilantro if using.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
