Description
A decadent sandwich layered with three cheeses and crispy bacon for maximum flavor.
Ingredients
- 8 slices of thick-cut bacon
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- 4 slices of pepper jack cheese
- 2 large hamburger buns
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- Butter the insides of the hamburger buns and toast lightly.
- Spread mayonnaise on one bun half and mustard on the other.
- Layer cheddar, Swiss, and pepper jack cheeses on the bottom bun.
- Place cooked bacon on top of the cheese.
- Top with the other bun half and press gently.
- Serve immediately while warm.
