Ingredients
- 2 pieces of naan bread
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Brush the naan bread lightly with olive oil.
- Spread tzatziki sauce evenly over the naan.
- Top with shredded chicken, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cucumber.
- Sprinkle feta cheese and dried oregano on top.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are crispy.
- Season with salt and pepper before serving.
