Ingredients

  • 1 lb white fish fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp lime juice


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Season fish with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Cook fish for 3-4 minutes per side until flaky.
  4. Mix mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice in a bowl.
  5. Warm tortillas in a dry pan for 20 seconds per side.
