Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp limoncello liqueur
- 1 cup meringue cookies, crushed
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold in the limoncello.
- Layer crushed meringue cookies, whipped cream, and berries in serving cups.
- Repeat the layers and top with fresh mint.
- Serve immediately or chill for up to 1 hour.
