Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

  • 1 cup egg noodles
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
  3. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it into small pieces.
  4. Add sliced mushrooms, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until mushrooms soften.
