Ingredients
- 1 lb beef stew meat
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place beef stew meat in the crockpot.
- Add cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Add egg noodles and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Cook for an additional 30 minutes until noodles are tender.
- Stir well before serving.

- You can use ground beef instead of stew meat.
- Add vegetables like mushrooms or peas if desired.
