Description
A refreshing and healthy drink made with just three ingredients to aid in weight loss.
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon gelatin powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Boil the water in a pot.
- Remove from heat and stir in the gelatin powder until dissolved.
- Add the lemon juice and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a glass and let it cool.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of lemon juice to taste.
- Can be served with ice for a chilled version.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
