Simple black bean burgers with minimal ingredients, perfect for meal prep.
Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Mash black beans in a bowl.
- Add breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, and cumin. Mix well.
- Form into 4 patties.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side.
Notes
- Use gluten-free breadcrumbs if needed.
- Store cooked patties in the fridge for up to 5 days.
