Ingredients
- 1 lb baby potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and dry the baby potatoes.
- Cut the potatoes in half.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Add the potatoes to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for doneness; they should be golden brown and tender.
