Healthy Air Fryer Blueberry Muffins are a quick and nutritious treat. They are easy to make and perfect for breakfast or a snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine the applesauce, honey, and almond milk.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in the blueberries gently.
  6. Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper.
  7. Scoop the batter into the basket, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  8. Air fry for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
