Description
Crispy egg rolls made in an air fryer for a healthier option.
Ingredients
- 10 egg roll wrappers
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup cooked shredded chicken (optional)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Mix cabbage, carrots, green onions, chicken, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic in a bowl.
- Place 2 tbsp of filling in each egg roll wrapper.
- Fold sides inward and roll tightly.
- Brush each egg roll with olive oil.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place egg rolls in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce.
Notes
- Use tofu instead of chicken for vegetarian option.
- Keep unused wrappers covered to prevent drying.
- Check egg rolls at 8 minutes to prevent burning.
