Description

Crispy egg rolls made in an air fryer for a healthier option.


Ingredients

  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup cooked shredded chicken (optional)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Mix cabbage, carrots, green onions, chicken, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic in a bowl.
  2. Place 2 tbsp of filling in each egg roll wrapper.
  3. Fold sides inward and roll tightly.
  4. Brush each egg roll with olive oil.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Place egg rolls in air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  8. Serve hot with dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Use tofu instead of chicken for vegetarian option.
  • Keep unused wrappers covered to prevent drying.
  • Check egg rolls at 8 minutes to prevent burning.
