Description
A quick and healthy breakfast featuring peaches and french toast cooked in an air fryer for a crispy texture.
Ingredients
- 2 slices whole wheat bread
- 1 ripe peach, sliced
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Whisk egg, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Dip bread slices into the mixture, coating both sides.
- Place bread in the air fryer basket.
- Top with peach slices.
- Air fry at 375°F for 5 minutes.
- Flip and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Drizzle with honey before serving.
