Description
Crispy, tangy pickle balls made in the air fryer for a healthier twist on fried pickles.
Ingredients
- 1 cup dill pickle chips, drained and chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix pickles, cheese, breadcrumbs, flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a bowl.
- Form small balls with the mixture, about 1-inch in diameter.
- Place balls in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

- Pat pickles dry before using to reduce excess moisture.
- For extra crispiness, spray balls lightly with cooking oil before air frying.
