Ingredients
- 1 lb pork belly, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, toss pork belly pieces with olive oil, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
- Place pork belly in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
- Increase temperature to 400°F (200°C) and cook for another 5 minutes until crispy.
- Serve immediately.

- Cut pork belly into even pieces for consistent cooking.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
