Description
A quick and healthy breakfast using an air fryer to make ricotta toast topped with fresh berries.
Ingredients
- 2 slices whole-grain bread
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 2 minutes.
- Place the bread slices in the air fryer basket and toast for 3 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Spread ricotta cheese evenly over each toast.
- Top with mixed berries and drizzle with honey.
- Sprinkle cinnamon on top and serve immediately.
