Ingredients
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Rinse the pumpkin seeds and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Toss the seeds with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Spread the seeds in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove and let cool before serving.
