Description
Crispy and healthy sweet potato chips made in an air fryer with minimal oil.
Ingredients
- 2 medium sweet potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and thinly slice the sweet potatoes.
- Toss slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Remove when golden and crispy.
Notes
- Slice evenly for uniform cooking.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
