Description
Crispy and flavorful taquitos made in an air fryer for a healthier twist.
Ingredients
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1 tsp taco seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Mix chicken, cheese, salsa, and taco seasoning in a bowl.
- Warm tortillas for 30 seconds to make them pliable.
- Fill each tortilla with 2 tbsp of the mixture and roll tightly.
- Brush taquitos lightly with olive oil.
- Place taquitos in the air fryer basket, seam side down.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Use flour tortillas if corn tortillas crack.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in the air fryer for 3-4 minutes.
