Description

Crispy and flavorful taquitos made in an air fryer for a healthier twist.


Ingredients

  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1 tsp taco seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Mix chicken, cheese, salsa, and taco seasoning in a bowl.
  3. Warm tortillas for 30 seconds to make them pliable.
  4. Fill each tortilla with 2 tbsp of the mixture and roll tightly.
  5. Brush taquitos lightly with olive oil.
  6. Place taquitos in the air fryer basket, seam side down.
  7. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  8. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Use flour tortillas if corn tortillas crack.
