Ingredients
- 1 cup quinoa
- 200g beef tapa
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Rinse quinoa under cold water and cook according to package instructions.
- Marinate beef tapa with soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper for 10 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and cook beef tapa until browned.
- Slice cucumber, carrot, and bell pepper.
