Description
Quick and healthy blackened salmon bites made in the air fryer. Perfect for a high-protein snack or light meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon fillet, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix all spices with olive oil to form a paste.
- Toss salmon cubes in the spice mixture until evenly coated.
- Place salmon in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Serve immediately.

- Use fresh salmon for best results.
- Adjust cayenne for desired heat level.
