Description
A delicious and healthy pasta bake with the bold flavors of buffalo chicken.
Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat pasta
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced carrots
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add cooked pasta to the bowl and stir well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese and blue cheese crumbles on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese melts.
- Remove from oven and top with diced celery and carrots.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
- Adjust buffalo sauce for more or less heat.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
