Description

A delicious and healthy pasta bake with the bold flavors of buffalo chicken.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole wheat pasta
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced carrots
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
  3. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add cooked pasta to the bowl and stir well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle cheddar cheese and blue cheese crumbles on top.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese melts.
  8. Remove from oven and top with diced celery and carrots.
  9. Serve warm.

  • Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
  • Adjust buffalo sauce for more or less heat.
