Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add spinach and sauté until wilted.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, sautéed spinach, cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Place mixture in the center of each tortilla.
- Wrap tortillas tightly and slice in half.
