Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 tbsp chipotle paste
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Mix chipotle paste and honey in a bowl.
- Brush salmon fillets with the glaze.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked.
- Toss avocado, feta, tomatoes, red onion, olive oil, and lime juice in a bowl.
