Ingredients
- 1 lb white fish fillets
- 1 cup shredded coconut

- 2 eggs, beaten
- 8 small corn tortillas

- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the fish with salt and pepper.
- Dredge each fillet in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with shredded coconut.
- Place the coated fish on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
