Description
A healthy no-bake cookie dough made with cottage cheese for extra protein.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup oat flour
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Blend cottage cheese in food processor until smooth
- Mix in almond butter, honey and vanilla
- Stir in oat flour and salt
- Fold in chocolate chips
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving
Notes
- Use full-fat cottage cheese for best texture
- Can substitute peanut butter for almond butter
- Add more oat flour if dough is too sticky
