Description

A healthy no-bake cookie dough made with cottage cheese for extra protein.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Blend cottage cheese in food processor until smooth
  2. Mix in almond butter, honey and vanilla
  3. Stir in oat flour and salt
  4. Fold in chocolate chips
  5. Chill for 30 minutes before serving

Notes

  • Use full-fat cottage cheese for best texture
  • Can substitute peanut butter for almond butter
  • Add more oat flour if dough is too sticky
