Description

A delicious and healthy lobster tail dish with creamy garlic butter sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 lobster tails (6-8 oz each)
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the top of each lobster tail shell lengthwise.
  3. Loosen meat from shell and lift it up.
  4. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  6. Stir in cream, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  7. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  8. Place lobster tails in baking dish and pour sauce over them.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes until opaque.
  10. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
