Description
A delicious and healthy lobster tail dish with creamy garlic butter sauce.
Ingredients
- 4 lobster tails (6-8 oz each)
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the top of each lobster tail shell lengthwise.
- Loosen meat from shell and lift it up.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Stir in cream, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Place lobster tails in baking dish and pour sauce over them.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until opaque.
- Sprinkle with parsley before serving.

- Use fresh lobster tails for best results.
- Serve immediately for ideal texture.
