Description
A crispy and flavorful chicken dish with a spicy-sweet bang bang sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season chicken strips with salt and pepper.
- Dredge chicken in flour, then dip in beaten egg, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey in a bowl.
- Toss baked chicken in the sauce and serve.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray chicken with cooking spray before baking.
- Adjust sriracha to control spiciness.
