Ingredients
- 2 large onions
- 1 cup crushed pork rinds
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Slice the onions into rings.
- In a bowl, mix crushed pork rinds, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each onion ring into the egg, then coat with the pork rind mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the onion rings until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
