Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown lentils, rinsed
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tsp turmeric

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt to taste
