Description

A simple and healthy crockpot ravioli recipe that requires only 5 ingredients. Perfect for busy weeknights when you want cheesy comfort food without the hassle.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (20 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

  1. Spread 1/2 cup marinara sauce on the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Layer half the ravioli over the sauce.
  3. Dot with half the ricotta cheese and sprinkle with half the mozzarella.
  4. Repeat layers with remaining ravioli, ricotta, and mozzarella.
  5. Top with remaining marinara sauce and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Cover and cook on LOW for 3-4 hours or until ravioli are tender.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add 1 tsp Italian seasoning to the marinara sauce.
  • If using fresh ravioli, reduce cooking time to 1-2 hours.
  • Leftovers keep well in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
