A healthy and flavorful salmon dish cooked in a crockpot with a tangy lemon dill sauce.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Place salmon fillets in the crockpot.
- Top with lemon slices, dill, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours.
- Mix Greek yogurt and honey in a bowl for the sauce.
- Serve salmon with lemon dill sauce.
