Ingredients

  • 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
  • 4 cups potatoes, diced
  • 2 cups sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions
