Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 1 zucchini, diced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
  2. Form mixture into small meatballs.
  3. Add chicken broth, carrots, celery, zucchini, diced tomatoes, and Italian seasoning to the crockpot.
