Description
A nutritious and crunchy tuna egg salad recipe.
Ingredients
- 2 cans of tuna, drained
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the tuna and chopped eggs.
- Add the diced celery and red onion.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Pour the dressing over the tuna mixture and stir well.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve on whole-grain bread or lettuce wraps.
- Add chopped pickles for extra crunch.
