Ingredients
- 1 cup dates, pitted
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a food processor, blend the dates until smooth.
- Add almond butter, cocoa powder, and protein powder. Blend until combined.
- Stir in chopped nuts, chocolate chips, and coconut flakes.
- Spread the mixture into a lined baking dish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Let it cool, then cut into bars.
