Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce, sugar-free
- 1 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, BBQ sauce, and ranch seasoning.
- Add shredded chicken, broccoli, and bell pepper to the sauce mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Sprinkle cheese and breadcrumbs on top.
- Bake for 25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
